释义	法律分析：目前，对于健康证的办理年龄没有做限制，理论上讲是可以的。健康证一般是从事食品，保育之类的行业需要的，而用人单位不能招收未成年用工，因此如果未成年只是想要证明身体健康，建议做个体检就好。法律依据：《公共场所卫生管理条例》第七条公共场所直接为顾客服务的人员，持有"健康合格证"方能从事本职工作。患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动期肺结核、化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍公共卫生的疾病的，治愈前不得从事直接为顾客服务的工作。
