释义	法律分析：不是马上就放人的，需要在公安机关接到法院判决胡，办理无条件的释放手续，发放释放证明之后，被宣告缓刑的罪犯就可以离开羁押场所了。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于执行〈中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法〉若干问题的解释》第三百五十五条第一审人民法院判处拘役或者有期徒刑宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，判决尚未发生法律效率的，不能立即执行。如果被宣告缓刑的罪犯在押，第一审人民法院应当先行作出变更强制措施的决定，改为监视居住或者取保候审。判决发生法律效力后，应当将法律文书送达当地公安机关。
