释义	房子已经设定了抵押，抵押人也就是产权人仍然可以将房子出售。即设立抵押的房子可以卖，抵押权可以跟着房子走，就是说可以带着抵押权卖。抵押权不影响房产的交易流转，卖房子不需要取得抵押权人同意，但是产权人卖房子时必须通知抵押权人。法律依据：《民法典》第四百零六条抵押期间抵押人可以转让抵押财产，当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。抵押财产转让的，抵押权不受影响。抵押人转让抵押财产的,应当及时通知抵押权人。
