释义	法律分析：员工的工资发放，按规定是基本户发放的。基本存款账户是办理转账结算和现金收付的主办账户，存款人只能在银行开立一个基本存款账户。开立基本存款账户是开立其他银行结算账户的前提。按人民币银行结算账户管理办法规定，一家单位只能选择一家银行申请开立一个基本存款账户。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第六条用人单位可以委托银行代发工资。用人单位必须书面记录,支付劳动者工资的数额、时间、领取者的姓名以及签字，并保存两年以上备查。用人单位支付工资时,应向劳动者提供一份其个人的工资清单。
