释义	法律分析：排除合同无效的其他情况，错别字或有划掉处是不影响合同效力的。在合同双方所持合同所出现的错别字或划掉处相同时，合同当事人双方是不会存有争议的;但如出现一份有而另一份没有时，则应以未出现错别字或有划掉处的该份合同为准，但为尽可能避免纠纷，修改方应当在修改处签名盖章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
