签了退学申请书还能回去读吗
释义
可以回到之前高考的高中读，但是不能重新回大学读。如果在上的大学申请退学成功的话，大学会把电子学籍退回之前上学的高中，之后可以去以前的高中继续读书。退学的前提是要学生自己愿意，或者监护人同意。在法律上要求是自愿的，因为公民有被教育权利，如果因为触犯某种学校的规定，被劝退，也是得到本人或监护人的同意；如果被迫退学是不人道的。
