释义	企业不提供薪资条是一种侵权行为，员工对于企业规章的薪资分配方案，享有知情权和监督权，也就是说,员工有权知道自己的福利和薪资构成等。法律依据：《薪资支付暂行规章》第六条用人单位可以委托银行代发薪资。用人单位必须书面记录；支付劳动者薪资的数额、时间、领取者的姓名以及签字，并保存两年以上备查。用人单位支付薪资时,应向劳动者提供一份其个人的薪资清单。
