释义	法律分析：监狱劳改没有工资。原则上罪犯参加劳动是其法定义务，具有无偿性。但实践中，监狱内服刑人员干活的时候监狱会给服刑人员发放“工资”，主要是激励服刑人员积极改造。服刑人员在服刑期间是不可以接触现金的，所以“工资”都是存在一个固定的账户上面，等到服刑期满释放后，统一的发放出去。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十六条被判处有期徒刑、无期徒刑的犯罪分子，在监狱或者其他执行场所执行;凡有劳动能力的，都应当参加劳动，接受教育和改造。
