释义	人死了签的合同还有效，合同涉及的债权债务由死者的继承人继承，由其继承继续履行合同；但是如果合同约定当事人一方死亡合同就自动失效的，或者合同是具有很强人身性的合同，如劳动合同，则签合同的人去世了，合同就无效了。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
