释义	法律分析：交易成本，又称交易费用，是指在完成一笔交易时，交易双方在买卖前后所产生的各种与此交易相关的成本。交易成本的分类如下：1、搜寻成本：商品信息与交易对象信息的搜集；2、信息成本：取得交易对象信息与和交易对象进行信息交换所需的成本；3、议价成本：针对契约、价格、品质讨价还价的成本；等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十一条公司的控股股东、实际控制人、董事、监事、高级管理人员不得利用其关联关系损害公司利益。违反前款规定，给公司造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
