释义	法律分析：移防为驻防的军队移到另一地方驻防。转业是指中国人民解放军或中国人民武装警察部队中的军官和城镇户口的士兵退出现役，分配到国家机关、企业、事业等单位，参加工作或参加生产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国现役军官法》第六条军官符合本法规定的退出现役条件的，应当退出现役。第五十一条军官退出现役后的安置管理具体办法由国务院和中央军事委员会规定。军官离职休养和军级以上职务军官退休后，按照国务院和中央军事委员会的有关规定安置管理。
