释义	法律分析：批捕后不再提审犯罪嫌疑人的话说明不需要提审犯罪嫌疑人了。正式批捕后，由侦查单位负责提审嫌疑人，如果公安机关负责侦查的，未移交检察院之前，都由公安机关负责提审;如果是检察院负责侦查的，由检察院负责提审，对提审次数也没有限制。检察院批捕后，公安机关继续刑事侦查。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十六条公安机关对被拘留的人，应当在拘留后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当拘留的时候，必须立即释放，发给释放证明。
