释义	法律分析：复效条款的意义：由于人身保险合同具有长期性的特点，为了使保险单不致因投保人偶然遗忘或经济困难未能按期交费而导致合同失效，给予投保人保持合同效力的一次机会，弥补合同解除给未来生活或长期投资利益带来的损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第五十九条保险事故发生后，保险人已支付了全部保险金额，并且保险金额等于保险价值的，受损保险标的的全部权利归于保险人险金额低于保险价值的，保险人按照保险金额与保险价值的比例取得受损保险标的的部分权利。
