释义	法律分析：违法。押金条丢失的，并不会改变交付押金的事实，在对方退押金时，只要向对方出具一份原押金条作废的声明或证明就可以的。但是，如果对方因此而不承认曾经收到押金，又不能提供押金条，或有其它证据可以证明曾经交付押金的，是无法要求退押金的了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百八十七条【恶意得利人返还义务】得利人知道或者应当知道取得的利益没有法律根据的，受损失的人可以请求得利人返还其取得的利益并依法赔偿损失。
