释义	法律分析：网上通缉，只要犯罪嫌疑人没有到案，是不会撤销通缉的。一、网上追逃不会自动撤销，只有在逃人员已抓获或者自首的，或者地方公安部门已确认死亡的，才取消通缉。投案自首的一般会从轻或减轻处罚。二、治安传唤拒不到案的，司法机关可根据侦查或审判活动的需要，依法采取拘传的强制措施，强制疑犯罪嫌疑人到案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十二条对于不需要逮捕、拘留的犯罪嫌疑人，可以传唤到指定的地点或者他的住所、所在单位进行讯问，但是应当出示人民检察院或者公安机关的证明文件。
