释义	法律分析：考驾照的有效期为3年，总共有四个科目，科目一没有通过的话，是无限期。在科目一考试合格后3年内必须通过科目二、三、四，否则将会取消考试资格。也就是说，超过3年驾考还没科科通过，那就要重新考，同时，科目二、科目三的预约次数不能超过五次，超过了就要从科目一开始重新考。法律依据：《中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第八十八条第二款申请人在考试过程中有贿赂、舞弊行为的，取消考试资格，已经通过考试的其他科目成绩无效；申请人在一年内不得再次申领机动车驾驶证。
