释义	法律分析：有工资的。单位安排工人正常的休息,单位不能扣发基础工资,单位安排工人长时间放假,一个月以内,必须全额发放工资,超过一个月的,可以发放不低于所在地最低工资标准80%的工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十二条非劳动者原因造成单位停产、停工在一个工资支付周期内的，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资;超过一个工资支付周期的，若劳动者提供了正常的劳动，支付给劳动者的报酬不得低于当地的最低工资标准；若劳动者没有提供正常劳动，应按照国家有关规定办理。
