释义	法律分析：当月在公司规定的上班时间内未出现任何迟到、早退、请假、旷工者，公司给予全勤奖。当月无论请事假或病假（不计时），旷工一次，不服从安排怠工、息工、擅自离岗影响工作正常进行的均扣除本月100%全勤奖。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
