释义	法律分析：信用卡会有一个免息期，在还款日之前还款的话是不会产生利息的，分期还款按时还也是收取手续费，但是如果逾期的话就会有利息了（而且还是高额利息）。法律依据：《信用卡业务管理办法》第十八条信用卡的透支期限最长为六十天。第十九条信用卡透支利息，自签单日或银行记帐日起十五日内按日息万分之五计算，超过十五日按日息万分之十计算，超过三十日或透支金额超过规定限额的，按日息万分之十五计算。透支计息不分段，按最后期限或最高透支额的最高利率档次计息。
