释义	试用买卖是一种附条件的买卖，指当事人双方约定由买受人试用或者检验标的物，以买受人认可标的物为条件的买卖合同。试用买卖的当事人认可约定标的物的试用期间。对试用期间没有约定或者约定不明确的，当事人可以协议补充，不能达成补充协议的，按照合同有关条款或者交易习惯确定。如果仍不能确定的，由出卖人确定。试用买卖的买受人在试用期内可以购买标的物，也可以拒绝购买。试用期间届满，买受人对是否购买标的物未作表示的，视为购买。
