释义	法律分析: 自己看网站不违法，但是尽量不要看。若是组织他人共同浏览、传播的，就会违法，会被处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处三千元以下罚款；若是情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。构成犯罪的，应当承担刑事责任。《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十八条制作、运输、复制、出售、出租淫秽的书刊、图片、影片、音像制品等淫秽物品或者利用计算机信息网络、电话以及其他通讯工具传播淫秽信息的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处三千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
