释义	善意第三人，即该第三人不知道法律关系双方的真实情况，通常是指非法交易中，不知情的，已经办理了登记的权利人。无权处分他人动产或不动产的占有人，不法将动产或不动产转让给第三人以后，如果受让人在取得该动产或不动产时出于善意，就可以依法取得对该动产或不动产的所有权，受让人在取得动产或不动产的所有权以后，原所有人不得要求受让人返还财产，而只能请求转让人(占有人)赔偿损失。
