释义	一样的，使用医疗保险报销时不依据私人医院和公立医院而区分。能否报销只需查看就诊医院是否是医疗保险所在保险公司指定的医院。医保报销比例只是和医院级别有关，级别越高，报销比例越低，和公立私立无关。如果这个医院是保险公司指定的医院，是可以报销的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
