释义	法律分析：上市公司如果退市，会严重影响企业信誉，市值会大幅缩水，企业融资功能下降，股票质押会出现问题，这会给企业的负债带来更大的压力，但不一定会破产，只有企业达到了破产界限，符合《民事诉讼法》的规定，人民法院依法作出裁定，企业才会宣告破产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
