释义	法律分析：劳动合同几年一签或者一签是几年，法律并无规定，劳动者与用人单位协商即可。用人单位可以选择与劳动者签订一年期限的劳动合同，也可以选择订立五年期限的劳动合同。但是，连续签订两次固定期限劳动合同后，签订第三次劳动合同时，除劳动者提出订立固定期限劳动合同外，应当订立无固定期限劳动合同。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第十二条，劳动合同分为固定期限劳动合同、无固定期限劳动合同和以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同。
