第一季报的披露时间为当年的4月期间。 半年报的披露时间为当年的7月到8月期间。 第三季报的披露时间为当年的10月期间。 年报的披露时间为次年的1月到4月期间。 若不按时披露交易所会对相关上市公司进行遣责外，且为了保障投资者的权益，相关的股票会由于不按时披露年报会被进行临时停牌，直到相关的年披露以后才能恢复交易。
