想辞职老板不批怎么办？

辞职领导不同意的，那就等一个月。需要辞职的劳动者，如果是正式同员工的话，只要提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同，并不需要用人单位同意。如果是在试用期内的话，只需要提前三天通知用人单位，即可解除劳动合同。
