释义	法官可以兼职做律师吗在职的一定不能做，辞职的在一定时间内不能做。法官辞职后具备律师资格条件的可以从事律师职业，但相应法律进行了“竞业”限制。《律师法》、《法官法》对曾从业于法官再从业于律师的从业限定比是明确的，我国《律师法》第四十一条定：“曾经担任法官、检察官的律师，从人民法院、人民检察院离任后二年内，不得担任诉讼代理人或者辩护人”;《法官法》第十七条第二款规定：“法官从人民法院离任后，不得担任原任职法院办理案件的诉讼代理人或者辩护人。”
