释义	法律分析：劳动者请病假，应当由职工本人到用人单位指定的医疗机构，经执业医师检查后，需要停工治疗休养的，由执业医师出具病假条，职工持病假条按用人单位规定程序办理请假手续。但急诊的，可以就近入院，口头请假，事后即使补办手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国执业医师法》第二十三条医师实施医疗、预防、保健措施，签署有关医学证明文件，必须亲自诊查、调查，并按照规定及时填写医学文书，不得隐匿、伪造或者销毁医学文书及有关资料。
