释义	法律分析：财产保全会通知被告。利害关系人因情况紧急，不立即申请保全将会使其合法权益受到难以弥补的损害的，可以在提起诉讼或者申请仲裁前，向被保全财产所在地、被申请人住所地或者对案件有管辖权的人民法院申请采取保全措施。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百零三条财产保全采取查封、扣押、冻结或者法律规定的其他方法。需要注意的是，财产已被查封、冻结的，不得重复查封、冻结。据此，法院在执行财产保全的时候，是会通知被告的，这也符合法律的公平、公正以及公开原则。
