法律分析：银行本票有付款人，付款人就是签发本票的开户银行。
1.银行本票可以用于转账，填明现金字样的银行本票，也可以用于支取现金，现金银行本票的申请人和收款人均为个人;
2.银行本票可以背书转让，填明现金字样的银行本票不能背书转让;
3.银行本票的提示付款期限自出票日起2个月;
法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》 第二条 在中华人民共和国境内的票据活动，适用本法。本法所称票据，是指汇票、本票和支票。
