释义	法律分析：以前出行需要用到火车票，火车票可以直接用来报销，但是如今很多车站都取消了纸质车票，可是不少人出行车票仍然需要报销，于是在这个时候，报销凭证便由此而生。报销凭证是专门为了报销而存在的，没有这个需求就不需要办理，所以说使用学生票并不一定非要报销凭证。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输规程》第二十八条车站（到乘降所下车时为列车）对已使用完毕的的车票应回收。旅客需报销时，应事先声明，站、车将销角的车票交旅客作为报销凭证。学生票不给报销凭证。
