释义	法律分析：合同补充协议是对原合同未尽事宜，或者合同履行过程新发生的情况而另外进行的约定。与合同的变更协议不同，但实务中订立的以“补充协议”为名的协议，其实质内容却常是合同的补充并有变更。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。法律、行政法规规定变更合同应当办理批准、登记等手续的，依照其规定。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
