释义	法律分析：第二次传唤一般是为了协助调查；也有可能要起诉。传唤次数并不能说明什么，传唤只是为了调查案件实施情况。根据相关法律规定，传唤持续的时间不得超过十二小时情特别重大、复杂，传唤持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第七十四条公安机关根据案件情况对需要拘传的犯罪嫌疑人，或者经过传唤没有正当理由不到案的犯罪嫌疑人，可以拘传到其所在市、县内的指定地点进行讯问。需要拘传的，应当填写呈请拘传报告书，并附有关材料，报县级以上公安机关负责人批准。
