释义	一般情况下，简易程序不能只给七天期限的。根据我国法律规定，双方当事人到庭后，被告同意口头答辩的，人民法院可以当即开庭审理，由此可见，简易程序也必须保证被告15天的答辩期限，除非被告同意口头答辩。简易程序是相对于普通程序而言的,是基层人民法院和它的派出法庭审理简单的民事案件所适用的一种独立的第一审诉程序.简易程序只适用于事实清楚,权利\义务关系明确,争议不大的简单民事案件.
