释义	法律分析：未婚生子如果父母双方死亡或者都没有抚养孩子的能力的可送给他人抚养。但送养孩子的，应当向县级以上人民政府民政部门登记。收养关系自登记之日起成立。将自己的孩子送给别人收养的条件是有特殊困难无力抚养子女的生父母；并且必须父母共同协商决定，一方不允许，另外一方无权自行将孩子送养；但是生父母一方下落不明或查找不到的，可以单方送养。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十四条下列个人、组织可以作送养人：（一）孤儿的监护人；（二）儿童福利机构；（三）有特殊困难无力抚养子女的生父母。
