释义	法律分析：双方当事人在订立合同时，如果有约定租车还车时需要收回合同，则需要按照约定，返还合同，反之，如果没有约定，则不需要返还合同。租车方将车辆归还给车辆出租方，即说明双方实际已经将租赁合同中的义务履行完毕，该合同实际上已经终止了，不再对双方产生法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
