噪音扰民报警后110后一定要来现场吗 |

法律分析：具体情况需要具体分析，110会管，但是得看是什么噪音，不同的噪音管理的部门不一样，并且还有限值，不是一点点噪音就可以报警的。具体情况如下：
一、不同的噪音扰民不一样：
1.行人聊天喊叫、音响设备造成的扰民建议报警；
2.餐馆的(鼓风机等)造成的扰民，建议联系属地环保局反映；
3.施工扰民建议联系城管反映。
二、限值：国家《城市区域噪声标准》中，明确规定了城市五类区域的环境噪声最高限值：
1.疗养区、高级别墅区、高级宾馆区，昼间50db(分贝)、夜间(指22时至次日6时，下同)40db2.以居住、文教机关为主的区域，昼间55db、夜间45db3.居住、商业、工业混杂区，昼间60db、夜间50db4.工业区，昼间65db、夜间55db5.城市中的道路交通干线道路、内河航道、铁路主次干线两侧区域，昼间70db、夜间55db。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》
第四十一条 本法所称社会生活噪声，是指人为活动所产生的除工业噪声、建筑施工噪声和交通运输噪声之外的干扰周围生活环境的声音。
第四十二条 在城市市区噪声敏感建筑物集中区域内，因商业经营活动中使用固定设备造成环境噪声污染的商业企业，必须按照国务院生态环境主管部门的规定，向所在地的县级以上地方人民政府生态环境主管部门申报拥有的造成环境噪声污染的设备的状况和防治环境噪声污染的设施的情况。
