释义	1、严禁未成年学生在没有家长或老师陪同下私自下水游泳或与同学结伴下水游泳； 2、严禁未成年学生在没有成年人陪同的情况下私自到海边、水库、河塘等地戏水、钓鱼或从事有溺水危险的生产活动； 3、禁止未成年学生到水深大于1.2米的任何水域游泳； 4、严禁任何学生在末系带安全救生设备（如救生圈）的情况下下水游泳。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教育法》第四十六条国家机关、军队、企业事业组织、社会团体及其他社会组织和个人，应当依法为儿童、少年、青年学生的身心健康成长创造良好的社会环境。
