释义	法律分析：违法停车会罚款，不会扣分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第七章第九十三条对违反道路交通安全法律、法规停放机动车及临时停车的，交警或者有关管理部门应该首先指出其违法行为，并予以口头警告，令其立即驶离。如果因为机动车驾驶人不在现场或拒绝立即驶离，妨碍了其他车辆、行人的通行，可对其处20元以上、 200元以下罚款，并可以将该机动车拖移至不妨碍交通的地点或者公安机关交通管理部门指定的地点停放。
