释义	合同生效前可以离开。已经成立但未生效的合同可以作为解除的对象，由于没有生效的合同在还不产生法律上的效力，也就不会产生法律上的权利义务，因此，是可以解除的。法律依据《民法典》第五百六十二条，当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
