释义	法律分析：客人在店里打牌不违法，也不会被拘留，但是如果是打牌赌博的话，棋牌属于娱乐活动，如果是为违法活动提供便利，如赌博、吸毒等，会受到行政处罚。要是噪声扰民的话，被举报后，也会受到相应的处罚。因赌博违法被行政拘留的，不存在销案。终身记入个人档案。不会销案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。
