三期女工解除劳动合同可以吗

法律分析:
不可以。三期女职工不能够随意解除劳动合同,除非女工在工作时期严重违反公司相关规定,不遵守公司规定的各项规章制度的时候用人单位可以和女职工解除相关劳动合同。
法律依据:
《女职工劳动保护特别规定》 第五条 用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳而降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
