女子结婚前监护人是谁 |

1、女子结婚前，如为完全民事行为能力人的，是不需要监护人，无民事行为能力人或者限制行为能力人的监护人可以是其父母、其他近亲属、或者其他愿意担任监护人的个人或者组织，但是须经被监护人住所地的居民委员会、村民委员会或者民政部门同意。
2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第二十七条父母是未成年子女的监护人。
未成年人的父母已经死亡或者没有监护能力的，由下列有监护能力的人按顺序担任监护人：
(一)祖父母、外祖父母；
(二)兄、姐；
(三)其他愿意担任监护人的个人或者组织，但是须经未成年人住所地的居民委员会、村民委员会或者民政部门同意。
一、监护人范围
1、未成年人的法定监护人
首先，父母健在的话，法定监护人自然就是其父母了；如果父母不在了，那么法定监护人就自动轮换为其爷爷奶奶、外公外婆或者是其他亲戚；若是前面两类人也不在了，则由其父母的朋友、生前所在单位的好心人或者是其他愿意担任监护人的组织或个人承担监护人的责任，当然了，第三种监护人是需要经过有关部门审核同意的。
未成年人的法定监护人，其判定主要是根据亲近程度来判定的，血缘关系最近的是第一阶梯，以此类推。
2、精神病人的法定监护人
精神病人的法定监护人主要有四种：首先，精神病人的第一法定监护人自然是其结婚对象、父母和已经成年的子女了；若是不存在第一类法定监护人，那么精神病人的第二法定监护人，就是其爷爷奶奶、外公外婆、姐妹兄弟；前两类法定监护人都不存在，那么精神病人的其他亲戚以及一些亲密的朋友，也是可以担任其法定监护人的；若是前三类法定监护人都没有，那么精神病人所在地的街道居委会和当地的民政部门也是可以承担法定监护人的。
