释义	法律分析：试用期不到一个月有工资。如果企业不给当事人结清工资，可以申请劳动仲裁。试用期辞职需要提前3天书面告知单位。法律没有规定几天内辞职或被辞退可以不给钱;试用期内不管有没有签订合同，存在事实的劳动关系，付出了劳动，产生了价值，于情于理于法都应当给工资。辞退，说明是公司的主动行为，更应当给工资。一般正规的公司辞退员工，哪怕只有3天，也会结清工资的。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
