购物小票又称为购物收据，是指在消费者购物时由商场或其它商业机构给用户留存的销售凭据，除了少数手写的小票之外，大多为收银机打印。打印的购物小票上一般包含有如下内容：销售单位名称、联系方式、收银机号、账单流水号、收银员编号、销售日期、商品名称、数量、单价、商品金额、合计金额、付款方式、实收金额、找零额、票据打印时间等。在国内购物小票多数不能作为正式发票使用，其上面一般都有在多长时间之内可以开发票的说明。也有一些购物小票直接用发票的模版打印出来，这样就可以作为发票使用了，而且这种趋势越来越明显。购物小票是消费者经济行为的一种真实记录，可以通过对它的分析为市场营销、经济发展策略等服务。
收集小票过程一定要记录客户年龄性别，最好有联系方式，1.总金额：2．消费分类：食品． 生活用品．．．这些大类中还可以分好几类．3．消费人群特征 年龄，性别，结算方式/4．商品相关性
