释义	法律分析：如果车辆在红灯时只是刚刚越过停止线，但立即停住了，这种闯红灯不会进行处罚，要是过线后还有明显的位置移动，就要被处罚。车辆闯过红灯，到马路中间停下来后没再继续移动，等待绿灯后再走，这样并不算闯红灯，但是算越线停车，如被记录拍到，会被扣两分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
