离婚简易程序和普通程序有什么区别 |

法律分析：1、立案的方式、手续不同。普通程序的立案方式是群众举报一一部门移送一执法检查一一上级交办四个不同范围受理审查立案，都属有影响和一般普通的案件;而简易程序立案是在执法检查中，当场发现违法事实，予以处罚的违法事件。2、调查的内容、形式不同。普通程序调查的内容：一是对案件证据材料需进一步调查取证：二是在证据可能灭失或者以后难以取得的情况下‘，经行’政机关负责人批准，可以先行登记保存，并应当在七日内及时作出处理决定。3、结案的时间不同。适用简易程序案件结案时间一般是当场处罚，最长时效不超过三个月;而普通程序案件的结案时间一般为六个月，重大疑难案件经允许还可延长。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第一百四十九条 人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月；还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
第一百六十一条 人民法院适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。
