问题	快递东西丢失怎么赔偿
释义	当快递发生丢失、损毁或者短少，没有买保价的快递、信件类的按照本次服务服务费用的2倍补偿，包裹类的按照买的商品损失的价值来赔偿，但是最多不超过本次服务费用的5倍赔偿。如果是其他损失或者是间接损失的，快递公司不会赔偿。保价快递：保价快递丢失或者全部损毁，按照保价额赔偿；部分损毁或者内件短少，按照保价额与邮件全部价值的比例据实赔偿。未保价快递：承运人对运输过程中货物的毁损、灭失承担损害赔偿责任；货物的毁损、灭失的赔偿额，当事人有约定的，按照其约定。
