透支10万以上属于大额透支，银行会很重视，如果到期未还款，会产生违约金，属于恶意透支的话，银行是有权提起诉讼，情节严重可能会负刑事责任。还不上可以用以下方法暂时补救：
1、更改帐单日，大多数银行是支持更改帐单日的，你可以在帐单日前几天，把帐单日申请改至你的申请日之前，这样就可以获得最多一个月的免息期；
2、利用银行的延时还款服务，现在很多银行都有延时还款服务了，一般是一至三天。进行信用卡诈骗活动，数额较大的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。
